Analytical Psychology, or initially Complex or Profound Psychology, was the name given by Carl Gustav Jung to encompass his entire theoretical system. It is an immense work, dense, and has its roots in the unconscious depths, in regions some of which are unreachable to the ego. Studying Jungian Psychology is to arrive at oneself, because it is the ideal path for this endeavor, considered, metaphorically, as the hero's journey.
